AF4 Investment Planning forms part of the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and upon successful completion will give you 30 credits at advanced level and take you a step closer to Chartered Financial Planner. The exam is based on 5 study modules with varying emphasis given to each section
Objectives
By the end of Week 1 you will;
- Have had a refresher on analysing the characteristics, inherent risks, behaviour and correlation of asset classes
- Have had a refresher on the macro-economic environment and it's impact on asset classes
- Have had a refresher on the merits and limitations of the main investment theories
- Have had a refresher on how to apply the principles of the time value of money
- Have had a refresher on analysing and explaining the nature and impact of the main types of risk on investment performance
